Where is the service agreement honored?


At any ASE certified repair facility in the United States or Canada.

How do I file a claim and how is it paid?

Present your service agreement to a repair facility of your choice. Call our toll free claims phone line before proceeding with repairs. Authorize the repair facility to tear down the failed component(s) and have the repair facility fax a parts and labor estimate to our claims representative. Payment will be made directly to your repair facility via corporate credit card.

Can I cancel my service agreement?

Yes. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days of purchase, you will receive a pro-rated refund less the $50 cancellation fee.

Why buy now if I am still under original factory warranty?

Because you are under mfg warranty is why you are able to get these low premiums.  Waiting only causes the premium increase, and exposes you to pre-existing conditions.  Don't wait!!

How does your company offer these policies at such a low cost?

We sell directly through the administrator with no dealership mark-up.

How do I pay for my policy?

We accept all forms of payments. Financing options are available upon request. We can take your information over the phone and mail your contract to you the same day.

Can I finance the contract along with the purchase of my RV?

Yes. Just let us know before you purchase your RV and National RV Warranty will work with you and your lender.

When does my contract start?

On all RV contracts, the contract begins the same day you purchase the contract, not on the original in-service date.

Can I transfer if I sell?

The entire service agreement is fully transferable to the new owner.
